Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i.Adolescent girls aged 10 to 19 years with Moderate Anaemia (7 gm to 9.9gm) who are willing to take ayurvedic medications for 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i.Adolescent girl with systemic illness, major gynecological disorders causing Anaemia like AUB, and taking medication like steroids, chemotherapy, Hormonal Treatment, immune-suppressants etc. ii.Participants with Vit B 12 deficiency Below 200pg/ml iii. known case of bleeding disorder or severe or acute blood loss due to bleeding piles, episodes of epistasis, Hemoptysis, surgery, trauma iv.Altered Liver function and renal dysfunction v.Adolescent girl having major co-morbidity like cardiac or pulmonary disorder vi.Any other condition that the Investigator thinks will jeopardise the Study
