Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 6 to 8 years Indicated for extraction of primary grossly decayed teeth or root stumps Cooperative children with positive or definitely positive behavior Medically healthy patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute infection abscess or facial swelling at extraction site Teeth with advanced pathological mobility not requiring elevator use Children with uncooperative behavior or special healthcare needs affecting procedure History of bleeding disorders or allergy to local anesthesia
