Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female patients aged 18-65 years of age undergoing breast cancer surgeries belonging to American society of Anesthesiologists grade I and II with BMI between 18.5-24.9kg/m2 and giving informed written consent for procedure
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those with known hematological malignancies, preg nant females, patients on chronic treatmentwith steroids or immunosuppressants, patients/attendant refusal,with evidence of ac tive infection in the planned block area, existing coagulopathy, emergency cases, severe organ failure and with history of local anaesthetic allergy were excluded from the study.
