Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Older adults above 60 years of age 2. Either gender 3. Intact cognition with Mini-Cog score of 3 or more 4. Functional vision present 5. Participants with adequate hearing to understand and follow instructions 6. Ability to stand unassisted for 1 minute or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bed-bound or wheelchair-bound 2. Terminal illness 3. Recent fractures (less than 6 months) 4. Cardiac pacemakers and metal implants 5. Recent lower limb injuries
