Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with anterior urethral stricture disease upto 2 cm in length.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.All strictures more than 2 cm in length on Retrograde Urethrography. 2.Patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia symptoms ,posterior urethral stricture disease, altered renal function tests. 3.Patients with previous intervention for urethral stricture disease.

Prevention of recurrence Of urethral stricture diseaseTimepoint: At 6 weeks all patients will undergo outcome assessment with AUA symptom score Uroflowmetry(UFM) Ultrasonography for post-void residual urine( USG KUB WITH PVR) Retrograde urethrography( RGU) Urethrocystoscopy Patients will subsequently be followed at 6, 12, and 18 months using AUA symptom score, uroflowmetry, and RGU
