Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult(18-65yrs) patients admitted to Trauma ICU with isolated moderate and severe TBI (Isolated head injury)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with history chronic liver disease. 2.Patients with pre-existing chronic kidney disease. 3.Patients with polytrauma 4.Patients who were already tracheostomized at the time of ICU admission.
