Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals underwent unilateral total knee replacement 2. age group (60 - 75 year ) 3. VAS between 4. Postoperative day after 15 - 20 days 5. Extensor lag greater than equal to 5 degree 6. Quadriceps strength less than 3 7 with or without brace willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 SAPLT prone test positive 2 Revisional total knee arthroplasty 3 Past history of any internal fixation in the same extremity 4 Any severe neurological conditions 5 Any severe cardiovascular conditions 6 Any severe skin allergy and lesion 7 uncontrolled systemic diseases 8 Quadriceps lack
