Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy male and female college students Age group 18 to 25 years Physically active individuals engaging in at least moderate physical activity 3 or more than 3 times a week Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions Willingness to participate and provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any history of cardiovascular, neurological, or musculoskeletal conditions affecting the lower limbs Presence of uncontrolled hypertension or known vascular disorders History of deep vein thrombosis or other clotting disorders Current use of anticoagulant medication Recent injury or surgery to the lower limbs within the past six months Known discomfort or intolerance to blood flow restriction training Any medical condition considered a contraindication for blood flow restriction exercise

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Timed up and go test under dual task condition measured in seconds. Assessment will be done at baseline and immediately after intervention.Timepoint: baseline , and immediately post intervention
