Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 30 years. Minimum of 2 years of professional cricket experience. Willingness to participate in both alpha music sessions and aerobic exercise protocols. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Consent to participate in the study and undergo performance and fatigue assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cricketers are currently recovering from injury or illness. History of neurological disorders, including epilepsy or severe anxiety. Participation in other intervention-based studies within the last 3 months. Known hearing impairments that may affect response to music stimuli. Inability to commit to the full duration of the study protocol. History of major musculoskeletal injury in the past 6 months. Refusal to provide informed consent.
