Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women diagnosed with GDM Age of the pregnant women - 18-45 years Period of Gestation- 24-28th week Single live intrauterine gestation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: High-risk pregnancy short cervix, placenta previa, preeclampsia Conditions where the doctors have advised for physical inactivity before the 24th week - cervical cerclage
