Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group - 18yrs to 40yrs Irregular menses due to pcos. Duration of flow less than 3 days Menstrual interval more than 35 days HB more than 8gm/dl. Patients from all socioeconomic class.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients below 18 years and more than 40 years. Patients with UPT positive Major systemic diseases likely to influence the menstrual cycle, like DM and Thyroid dysfunction. Patients of pcos with known case of malignancies, TB. Uterine fibroid, suspected case of ca cervix, cervical polyp. Congenital anamolies in female genital tract. Subject not willing to give written informed consent.
