Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing Total Hip Replacement surgery under subarachnoid block 2.Patients consenting to participate 3.Patients with American Society Of Anaesthesiologists physical status 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having urinary tract infection,wound infection, chronic inflammatory disease history and on corticosteroid 2.Patients with psychiatric illness 3.Patients allergic to local anaesthetics 4.Patients with contraindications to spinal anaesthesia 5.Spinal failure cases
