Intervention1: Comprehensive Birth Preparation Programme starting at early second trimester till delivery: A programme will be designed for the participants with the following components

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Primigravida women with a singleton pregnancy. Gestational age between 14 to 20 weeks. Age 18 to 35 years. Low-risk pregnancy with no pre-existing medical comorbidities like diabetes or hypertension
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Multiple pregnancy. Preexisting medical disorders like chronic liver disease, chronic kidney disease, connective tissue disorders etc. Conditions with contraindication to vaginal delivery. Known foetal anomalies. Contraindications to exercises. Inability to attend the structured program sessions. Planning delivery elsewhere, eg: Hometown
