Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primigravida women with a singleton pregnancy. Gestational age between 14 to 20 weeks. Age 18 to 35 years. Low-risk pregnancy with no pre-existing medical comorbidities like diabetes or hypertension

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Multiple pregnancy. Preexisting medical disorders like chronic liver disease, chronic kidney disease, connective tissue disorders etc. Conditions with contraindication to vaginal delivery. Known foetal anomalies. Contraindications to exercises. Inability to attend the structured program sessions. Planning delivery elsewhere, eg: Hometown

MeasureTime frame
The duration of the first & second stages of labour. The need for epidural analgesia. The rate of instrumental delivery. The rate of caesarean section. Maternal satisfaction with the birth experience. Duration of hospital stay for mother Neonatal outcomes Timepoint: Peripartum period
