Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female Patients aged 16 40 years. Positive urine culture showing significant bacterial growth. Willingness to participate and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known cases of Diabetes mellitus, Chronic Kidney disease (CKD), any other acute infections or autoimmune disorders. History of renal stones or structural abnormalities of the urinary tract Pregnant or lactating women. Patients who have received antibiotics or antimicrobial therapy within the last 7 days prior to screening. History of urinary catheterization in the past 2 weeks.

It is expected that after completion of this study, the role of Atibala Ghan Vati in the management of culture-positive urinary tract infection (UTI) with special reference to Pittaja Mutrakrichha will be established in terms of its clinical efficacy, and potential role as a safe and effective therapeutic option.Timepoint: At baseline and 2 weeks
