Interventions

Intervention1: Cooled Radiofrequency Ablation of Superior cluneal nerve: Procedure will be done in operation theatre under fluoroscopy guidance and full aseptic precautions. Patient will be positioned
cooled radiofrequency lesioning will be done (600 C x 150 s) after sensory (50 Hz) and motor Stimulation (2 Hz). Intervention2: Nil: Nil

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients (18-60 years) with unilateral low back pain over the upper buttock for more than six months not responding to conservative measuresPositive response to superior cluneal nerve local anaesthetic block

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coagulopathy Infection at the local site Patient refusal Patients with vertebral fracture, infectious diseases of the spine Patients with uncontrolled psychiatric ailments, uncontrolled medical diseases, spine malignancy
