Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient diagnosed as classical sign and symptoms present in janu sandhigata vata. 1. Patient between age group 40 to 70 years irrespective of gender and socio-economic status. 2. Patient suitable for matra basti and upanaha. 3. Patients who can attend regular follow ups during the study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.known case of traumatic injury or fracture in the knee joint. 2. Pregnant or Lactating women. 3. Known case of systemic disorders diabetes, cancer, tuberculosis, HIV 4. Patients who are not willing to give consent or unable to follow the treatment protocol.
