Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will include adults between 18 and 35 years of age who are chronic smokers (consuming more than ten cigarettes per day for at least two years)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with any respiratory, Cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, neurological, or psychological condition that might limit participation in the study or any skin allergy or disease against Kinesio Taping, will be excluded from the study.
