Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Children with high caries risk by using American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Caries Risk Assessment tool. 2 Children presenting with visible dental plaque (plaque index score more than or equal to 1). 3 No antibiotic or antimicrobial mouthwash use in the past 4 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Allergy to herbal products. 2 Children undergoing orthodontic treatment. 3 Systemic illness affecting salivary flow. 4 Uncooperative children.
