Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women age more than 19 years scheduled for cessarian delivery after 34 weeks of gestation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known hypersensitivity to oxytocin or carbetocin 2.Inability to provide informed consent 3.Placenta previa 4. Severe cardiac disease Severe hepatic or renal impairment Coagulation disorder

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. Assessment of intraoperative blood loss in both groups 2. Requirement od additional uterotonic drugs 3. Assessment of uterine tone.Timepoint: Immediately after placenta delivery Every 5 min for first 15 min 30 Min postpartum 1 hour postpartum
