Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants diagnosed with text neck syndrome Neck pain for at least 3 months. Age: 18 - 25 years Both the genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of an accident or severe Injury to cervical spine in last 6 months Subjects diagnosed with any Neurological or Cardiovascular Problems. Diagnosed subjects with cervical spolylolisthesis, PIVD, tumor, Ankylosing spondylitis etc. Subjects will diagnose medical conditions like Juvenile Diabetes, hypertension etc. Subjects who are currently under any other treatment like Taking medications or any other form of treatment like Unani, ayurveda etc.
