Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged between 20 and 60 years (both males and females) Patients clinically diagnosed with Acute Fissure-in-Ano, based on standard clinical features

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants aged below 20 years or above 60 years Patients with known seropositivity for HIV, Hepatitis B (HBsAg), or Hepatitis C (HCV) Patients with diabetes mellitus Chronic fissure Chronic fissure with tag Fissure due to any other systemic disorder like Ulcerative colitis, Crohns disease, Tuberculosis, Carcinoma of Rectum and Anal canal Chronic patient with 4th grade anal spasm

Assessment of the study will be carried out based on improvement in clinical signs and symptoms of Acute Fissure-in-ano and relevant laboratory investigations.Timepoint: Baseline (Week 0), Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, Week 4, Week 5, Week 6, Week 7 and Week 8.
