Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 18 years or more undergoing isolated off pump coronary artery bypass grafting surgery with informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients refusing consent Patients undergoing repeat cardiac surgery Patients undergoing on pump coronary artery bypass or conversion to cardiopulmonary bypass Patients with pre existing renal failure on dialysis or prior kidney transplant Patients with active pre operative acute kidney injury Patients with missing baseline serum creatinine or incomplete data
