Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status 1 or 2 Elective laparoscopic surgery under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA 3 or higher Chronic pain or opioid use less than 30 days Allergy/intolerance to study-relevant drugs like opioids, dexmedetomidine Emergency surgery or conversion to open procedure Pregnancy or breastfeeding Inability to consent or use VAS or NRS
