Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: School students who are willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: School students with emotional and behavioural disorders.

| Mean change in total score on the Mental Health Status Scale from baseline to post test at six weeks. The scale measures five dimensions of mental health characteristics including physical dimension, intellectual dimension, psychological dimension, familial dimension, and social dimension using sixteen items in each dimension with a total of eighty items. Each item has two alternative responses yes or no. Scores are interpreted as less than or equal to fifty as inadequate, fifty one to seventy five as moderately adequate, and greater than seventy five as adequate.Timepoint: Baseline (pre-test), at two weeks (first post-test), at four weeks (second post-test), and at six weeks (third post-test) | — |
