Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Recreational Players aged 18 to 26. 2.Male and female participants, able and willing to participate in all training and testing sessions. 3.Recreationally active, but no structured plyometrics or high velocity resistance training program in the past 6 months. 4.Ability to perform countermovement jump, sprint, 1RM or without pain or inability. 5.Physical activity readiness questionnaire for everyone PARQ plus scale clearance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent musculoskeletal injury (last 6 months). Use of performance-enhancing drugs (anabolic steroids, growth hormone) within the past 12 months, or current use of medications that will significantly alter exercise response. Any neurological or cardiopulmonary conditions. Participation in other explosive training programs
