Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 40 years Primigravida more than 37 weeks American Society of Anaesthesiologists Physical status II Elective LSCS under spinal anaesthesia for the first time
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refusal to participate History of psychiatric illness or diagnosed anxiety disorders current use of anxiolytics or antidepressants Chronic pain disorders or long-term analgesic use Sedative premedication before fear assessment Previous surgery under Spinal Anaesthesia Patient requiring more than one attempt for spinal anaesthesia
