Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: college student aged 18-25 years. No prior structured breathing training. No recent resistance training program in the last 3 months. willing to participate and able to attend all training sessions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of respiratory disorders (e.g., asthma, COPD, bronchitis) History of cardiovascular or metabolic diseases (e.g., hypertension, diabetes) Any recent musculoskeletal injury or condition limiting exercise participation. Smokers
