Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals in the age group of 21-40 years. Able to perform mild-to-moderate aerobic exercise Voluntary Consent to participate The individuals with score 14 or above in PSS-10 will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women Any pre-existing or acute medical condition Psychiatric diagnosis currently under treatment (eg. major depressive disorder, generalised anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder)
