Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients giving written informed consent 2. Patients scheduled to undergo FESS under General Anaesthesia. 3. Patients having American Society of Anesthesiologist(ASA) physical status I and II. 4. Patients aged 18-60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypersensitivity to the medication. 2. Patients with concurrent severe cardiovascular and respiratory condition General Haematological and neuromuscular diseases hypotension sinus bradycardia, chronic hypertension. 3. Patients with anticipated difficult intubation
