Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients willing to participate in evaluation of postoperative congnitive dysfunction undergoing elective surgeries. 2.Age 65 to 99 years 3.American Society of Anaesthesiologists grade I II and III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pre operative cognitive dysfunction evaluated by CAM. 2.History of acute neurological disorder stroke traumatic brain injury in the past 3 months 3.Serum sodium less than130mEql
