Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 40 to 70 sub acute stroke hemodynamically stable 7 day after stroke both men and women are included both left and right unilateral stroke subjects are included both ischemic and haemorrhage stroke subjects are included mmse gather than 24 NIHss between 4 and 15 VCG grading 1

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects who are unwilling to participate musculoskeletal problems in the upper limb who are underwent to the hand surgery subjects with visual and hearing impairments
