Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: .Individuals aged 60 75 years .Cognitive eligibility .Diagnosed with Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Osteoarthritis - knee and other comorbidities .Access to smart phone , laptop and internet connection .Able to walk independently or with assistive device .Both males and females .Willing to participate in the study and able to follow instructions. .Participants should be medically stable and able to perform exercise interventions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: .Individuals with severe cognitive vision and hearing impairment .Unstable medical conditions .Severe musculoskeletal or neurological disorders .Recent surgery or fractures .Any contraindications to exercise will be excluded. .Exclusion criteria will be confirmed through clinical assessment and medical history.
