Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) Age between 18 to 50 years of either sexes are selected. b) Diagnosed cases of Pandu Roga presenting with classical symptoms and confirmed iron-deficiency anemia (Hb (Male) = 9-12gm/dL & Hb(Female) = 7 11 gm/dL). c) Patients showing signs of Ojakshaya. d) Willingness to participate and provide informed written consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Anemia due to systemic illness (e.g., renal failure, malignancy, chronic infections). b) Hemorrhagic conditions & Surgical Intervention. c) Pregnant or lactating women. d) Patients with hemolytic anemia or hereditary blood disorders. e) Vegetarians , Over weight. f) Nephrotic Syndrome,Hypertension,Hyperuricemia. g) Concurrent use of iron or vitamin supplements during the study. h) Known allergy or intolerance to any of the trial medications.
