Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants who are currently preparing for any competitive examination higher education and non shift duty workers Individuals with a documented or self reported history of late night awakening insufficient sleep or irregular or disturbed sleep patterns Participants between the age group of 19 to 35 years Participants of either gender Participants with history more than 2 months of change in skin health

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women and PNC participants up to 6 months. Participants currently receiving treatment for insomnia or other sleep-related disorders. Participants undergoing treatment for diabetes mellitus (D.M.), hypertension (H.T.N.), HIV, Thyroid, or any immune modulatory disease. Participants already receiving treatment for these symptoms or any other skin-related disease.
