Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: College students between 18 to 25 years. Clinical forward head posture with craniovertebral angle less than or equal to 50 as measured on Kinovea software

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of trauma , tumor or cervical surgery in past 1 year. Neurological deficits or signs of cervical myelopathy Cervical Radiculopathy. Vestibular disorders or conditions causing dizziness. Cervicogenic Headache Pregnancy Skin infection , open wound , or acute inflammation, fractures along the treatment line
