Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All consecutive consenting individuals aged 12 years and above with clinical diagnosis of mild to moderate acne vulgaris

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of oral retinoids in the past 6 months. 2. Use of topical acne treatments in the past 4 weeks. 3. Known allergy to clindamycin, benzoyl peroxide, or adapalene. 4. Active skin infections or other dermatological conditions on the face. 5. Pregnant or lactating females.
