Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Extraction socket classified as Type I [Elian et al]. Presence of an intact facial (buccal) cortical plate with no clinical or radiographic evidence of dehiscence or perforation. 2.Systemically healthy individuals 3.Patients have normal bleeding & clotting time 4.Patients who are non-smokers Patient with ASA - 1 Category
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are not willing to participate or give consent for the study 2.Patients with previous history of allergy to anaesthetic agent used 3.Pregnant or lactating female patients 4.Patients who are immunocompromised or suffering from systemic disorders 5.Patients with infection at the study as well as control group after one week will be excluded. 6.Patients allergic to Corticosteroids. 7.Patients on anti-coagulant drugs
