Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with chronic low back pain pain confined to the low back no neurological signs and symptoms no red flags individuals with pian in lumbar region pain severity scale as per vas

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of spinal hip surgery previous records of spinal and hip fractures episodes of spinal inflammation spondylolisthesis pregnancy severe acute pain
