Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Minimum 1 year of playing experience. 2.Both male and female. 3.Age group 18 to 25 years for 8 weeks. 4.Currently active in competition sports. 5.Cooperative in informed consent and available for pre- and post-assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Musculoskeletal injury in the past 6 months. Participants currently undertaking another plyometric or explosive strength program. Use of performance-enhancing supplements within the past 6 months. Participants who discontinued sports activity due to any medical condition. (neurological, cardiopulmonary) Participants are those who have discontinued sports activity.
