Intervention1: Taichi Exercises: 3 sessions per week 1 session 40 minutes warm up 10 min then Taichi exercises 30 min total duration of treatment 12 weeks 36 sessions total Yang-style and simplified

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes for participants aged 45 75 years with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and clinical signs of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (DPN) were enrolled from the outpatient department DM for more than 5 years with the presence of symptoms of peripheral neuropathy for more than 6 months, the patient is able to stand and walk independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: criteria included other causes of neuropathy, foot ulcers, amputations, severe cardiac risk, vision or cognitive impairments, and musculoskeletal or neurological conditions unrelated to DPN.
