Inclusion criteria: Staff nurses who have completed their basic BSc nursing or GNM program and having more than 1 year of clinical working experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Staff nurses who are not available during the time of data collection and Staff nurses who are not willing to participate
