Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cardiac patients coming for non-cardiac surgeries Anticipated duration of surgery between 1-3 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant Patients. Patient with Renal and Hepatic diseases Patient not willing to participate in the study
