Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to participate in the study with ASA grade 1 and 2 undergoing elective surgery of 1-4 hours under general anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients refusing, patients belonging to ASA grade 3, 4 and 5, patients with allergy to paracetamol, patients having a temperature less than 30 degrees centigrade or greater than 36 degrees centigrade, patients with hypo/hyper thyroidism, diabetes or on medications like CCBs, vasodilators, betablockers, etc.
