Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent,age greater than equal to 18 yrs,raised icp, traumatic brain injury,malignant cerebral infarction,intracerebral hemmorhage,surgery within 72hrs of indication of decompression

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre existing ocular pathology affecting ONSD measurement,fixed dilated pupils,previous craniotomy,severe facial trauma,pregnancy ,refusal of consent

To evaluate outcome of Dc within 72 hrs on basis of gcs,ct findings and ONSDTimepoint: T0:pre op T1:24 hrs post op T2:7 days post op T3:14 days post op T4: 21 days post op T5:28 days post op
