Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than or equal to 18 years, indicated for de novo percutaneous coronary intervention of a single target lesion 2. Availability of IVUS imaging (pre and post balloon inflation) 3. Availability of baseline(pre-procedure) troponin measurement and post-procedural troponin sampling

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing primary PCI 2. Patients with CABG undergoing graft PCI 3. Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease 4. CTO or severe calcified lesions requiring debulking devices 5. Patients requiring bifurcation lesion intervention 6. Inadequate IVUS imaging quality pre- or post-procedure preventing reliable assessment of vessel or plaque
