Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective spine surgery (cervical / thoracic / lumbar), including decompression and instrumented procedures, under general anaesthesia 2.Patients able to undergo preoperative cognitive assessment (Mini-Cog) 3.Patients providing written informed consent
