Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals exhibiting clinical signs and symptoms of karshya including weight loss or underweight (BMI less than 18.5 KG per metre square) shrama (fatigue), daurbalya ( weakness), agnimandya (loss of appetite or impaired digestion ), Mamsa ksaya (muscle wasting) Pipasaadhikya ( increase thirst), sosha lakshana (dryness, emaciated appearance) , patient willing to undergo the full 60 day treatment, protocol and follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children below 18 years and adults above 60 years, patient with secondary cause of weight loss like tuberculosis, HIV/ AIDS ,malignancies , uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, patients with systemic illness or chronic infection affecting nutritional status , individuals with psychiatric illness, eating disorders or substance abuse, pregnant or lactating women

MeasureTime frame
To reduce classical sign and symptoms of Karshya such as weight loss, fatigue, weakness, loss of appetite, muscle wasting, increased thirst, dryness and emaciated appearance.Timepoint: The outcome will be assessed after 2 months.
