Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Community-dwelling older aged above 60 years. Able to walk unassisted or with a single cane. Stable medical condition (no acute illness). MoCA above 22 (allowing mild impairment). At least one fall in the past year or self- reported balance impairment (to ensure some risk). Willingness to participate and consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participation in other interventional clinical trials. History of severe health (neurological, cardiac, musculoskeletal and mental) problems for example. Major road accident, head traumas, chronic rheumatologic conditions, post- traumatic stress disorder. Subluxation shoulder etc., or shoulder pain/trauma/operation on a relevant shoulder and patients on ventilators before stroke.
