Intervention1: Sacroiliac joint mobilization: Subject will treated with SIJ mobilizations
30oscillations/set, 3 sets/one side. Participants were placed in the Prone Position with their head contralaterally rotated to the one side. The therapist stand towards involved site. Direct pressure

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Straight leg raising 70- 80 degree. Passive knee extension 20 degree or greater. The participant must be free from any signs or symptoms of radiculopathy, vascular insufficiency low back pain or low back and regional pathology, Medically stable,Willing to participate voluntarily and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subject will receive muscle energy technique (MET).MET technique will be applied by the physiotherapist the subject s will be in supine hip was passively flexed to 90 degree and the knee extended until tension was sensed by the researcher and the subject reported a moderate stretching sensation. The participant then provided a moderate (approximately 40 percent of maximal contraction) knee flexion isometric contraction against the researcher s shoulder for 10s. The subject was allowed to relax for 2 3s with the stretch maintained, and then the leg was further extended to the palpated barrier and/or tolerance to stretch. This procedure was repeated three more times Duration:-30minute 3session per week for 6weeks.
