Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants from both sex who were physically active, free from respiratory or cognitive impairments and not consuming probiotic supplements or fermented food

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants below 18 or above 30 years, those with chronic cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, or psychiatric disorders, individuals on related medications, those already consuming probiotics or fermented foods, and pregnant or lactating women. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants.
